I have been working over a year now to get my curls to be bouncy and healthy, upon only 1 use of this product my hair has been frizzy, heavy and flat even after multiple cleansing/detox shampoos. Products were literally used one time, caused damage to my hair, and the company will not accept a return or give me any of my money back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Additionally LUS emailed me for a review and as I was typing my review I had selected the 1 star rating and it reverted itself to 5 star. Shady business, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
This company is not what they say they are. Sure it might work for some but you’re screwed if you have a different hair type that is too fine for their super heavy leave in!
NO RETURNS! $50 down the drain. Literally. I should’ve done my homework before ordering. But good grief! In this day and age, customer service is key if you want HAPPY customers!
If I was able to return the product or get a refund, this review would’ve stayed off the internet. They must not care!
So frustrating when you put your trust in a company that has several “claims” of being so great for your hair.
Unless you have hair that can stand thicker leave ins don’t buy it!
I thought I would give them a try...sorry I did!
After looking at their ad on Facebook, I thought I would give the products a try. That was the worst decision I've made for my hair. I tried different amounts, wet hair, dripping wet hair, damp hair, towel-dried hair. Even after the first try, my hair felt like it had some residue on it after I used the shampoo. I went ahead and applied the condition and raked it through my hair as instructed, rinsed after a couple minutes and then applied their All-in-One as directed and my hair was first air-dried then blow-dried, then I plopped with a cotton shirt...nothing worked. Every single time, my hair was left with a nasty waxy residue on my hair. It left a really bad build-up on my scalp from the product and my hair was left dull and lifeless. No shine, it was soft but very frizzy. Contacted them and they refused to refund/exchange as they stated they do not accept returns on used product. Um, how is one supposed to see if their junk works without using it?! Hello!! I think they know it won't work for a lot of people but don't care because to them, a sale is final, regardless. They do not care about the customer nor if their junk works or not...they are after your money and will use any and all excuses to keep your money. Overpriced crap. Do yourself a favor and buy something where the company will stand behind their product. LUS knows they sell junk so they are determined to get rich off everyone else that gets suckered into buying their lies. Don't say you weren't warned. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting my credit card company.
Product is not as advertised! This product made my hair very dry and coarse. Wouldn't recommend the product.
Don’t bother asking about samples to test for allergies. They want you to spend $$$ with no refunds available if they don’t work for you. The shipping fees are high too. They will also block you if you dare to ask about samples on social media. They have the worst customer service.
I agree with the first review of this company. They refuse to accept returns, which is not readily available information on their site. The product is cheap and doesn't work. Your hair feels like straw. I bought the shampoo/conditioner combo and the deep conditioner. All of them were spectacularly bad. Do NOT waste your money.
